  • Dog friendly home: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. For 2 dogs, the pet fee is $450. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, sofa, or beds; damages and extra cleaning charges apply if these rules are not followed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties allowed.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Maximum occupancy: 10 occupants; children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Tenant stated on the agreement/booking must be at least 25 years old and will occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
